These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website (https://vialongevia.com) and the purchase of our professional wellness consulting, lifestyle mentorship, and digital educational resources. By purchasing or accessing our services, you agree to be legally bound by these terms worldwide.
1. Provision of Global Services
VIA LONGEVIA LLC offers professional lifestyle consulting, wellness mentorship, and specialized personal habit education globally. Our remote services are available to clients worldwide, including the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Latin America, and other international territories.
2. General Refund and Cancellation Policy
Due to the digital, immediate, and highly personalized nature of our consulting sessions and educational resources, all sales are final. No refunds, credits, or cancellations will be issued, except as expressly provided by local consumer protection laws as detailed below.
3. Specific Right of Withdrawal for European Union (EU) and United Kingdom (UK) Clients
In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal applies differently based on the nature of the service or product purchased:
3.1. For Digital Guides and Educational Resources:
In accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, when purchasing downloadable digital products or guides, you expressly acknowledge and consent to the immediate execution of the contract. You explicitly agree and understand that you waive your 14-day legal right of withdrawal as soon as the delivery of the digital content begins.
3.2. For Live Consultation and Mentorship Sessions:
In accordance with Article 16(a) of the aforementioned Directive, you expressly request that the service begin during the withdrawal period. You acknowledge and agree that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the company has fully executed the scheduled consulting session. If you decide to exercise your right of withdrawal before the full completion of a scheduled session, you will be billed proportionally for the service already provided or reserved, and no refund will apply if cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice.
4. Latin American (LATAM) and International Clients
In accordance with local consumer protection laws regarding professional services rendered immediately and digital products unsealed by the consumer, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the execution of the consulting service or resource allocation has commenced.
5. Refunds and Payment Disputes (Chargebacks)
Any unannounced or fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute initiated through a credit card company or bank will be considered a material breach of these Terms. VIA LONGEVIA LLC reserves the right to present this document, along with proof of service delivery, session scheduling, and communication logs, to the relevant financial institutions to dispute, dismiss, and defend against any unauthorized refund claims.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms, along with any separate agreements whereby we provide you services, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Insert State of the LLC, e.g., Delaware], United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes shall be handled exclusively within the competent courts of said state.
7. General Wellness Disclaimer

Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that any implementation of habit modifications aligns with their personal health status under the supervision of their licensed medical professionals.
